  • Newsletter and AIBrief. When you subscribe to, or are given access to, the NoeSysAI AI Brief, we collect your email address (and, if you choose, your name) to provide it.
  • Technical and usage data. When you submit a form, we may record technical information such as your IP address and the marketing source of your visit. We may also use analytics tools to collect anonymized usage data, including page views, time on site, and navigation behavior.

Note: We do not collect personal information unless you actively submit it, other than the anonymized analytics and technical data described above.

  • To understand and assess interest in our services, which includes reviewing and prioritising the responses we receive (lead qualification). Any automated scoring is only used internally to help us prioritise, and is reviewed by a member of our team before we contact you. It does not produce any legal or similarly significant effect on you.
  • To contact you about NoeSysAI services that are relevant to your enquiry or assessment, where you have consented or where we have a legitimate business interest in doing so.
  • To send you the NoeSysAI AI Brief and other informational or marketing updates where you have opted in.
  • To improve our services and website functionality, using anonymized analytics.

You can unsubscribe from the AI Brief or opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email, or by contacting us.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

4. Data Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it for third parties’ own marketing.

We do use trusted service providers (“processors”) to operate our website and manage the data you submit, under agreements that require them to protect your data and use it only on our instructions. These include:

  • our online form software, used to collect and store form submissions;

  • Survey responses and related contact details are retained while there is an active or prospective business relationship, and for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact with you, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
  • We otherwise retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.

8. No Services for Minors
